I think everyone has a favorite time of the year for one reason or another. I love the spring. The weather is beautiful, flowers are beautiful and summer is approaching. Robin also loves the spring but for a different reason. It's finally strawberry season and we have already gone through three flats (app. a trillion strawberries.) Seriously, If there was a reality show created about Strawberry Shortcake, Robin would be the ideal candidate.

Dude, I love strawberries more than Calyn loves Elmo. This is a good time of year, you are right about that. Next time I'm up there, Kota and I are definitely going to re-stage the entire WW II campaign with his army men.
P.S. I just re-watched the root beer footage and laughed until soiling myself all over again. That's some funny business.

Jeni, it's Ponchatoula. You were close. I used to always say that I'm an excellent speller because I had to spell Ponchatoula and Tangipahoa Parish all of the time. Want to know anything else about my lovely hometown? Probably not.
