It's turns out, I/we aren't moving to the new blog address as of now. Really we haven't moved to anything because we just haven't moved. Blogging is the last thing on our minds these days. With babies, work, church callings, and just everything else with life we are scrambling to find more time in the days to accomplish all that is required of us.

It would be sad to leave biguncletom so I'm feeling like we should stay put. I have my husband's approval that he won't delete any future blog posts of mine without prior approval or consultation with me. If you have no idea what I'm referring to then consider yourself lucky. I'm sure my brother Josh sometimes wishes that he and I weren't so close, literally and figuratively, because I can talk his head off on any given day of the week. Love you bro!

Our life is whack! Really good! Just a little whack.

Annie's 1/2 birthday celebration is this SATURDAY. I can't believe she will be six months in two days. She is VERY expensive, but worth every single penny.

Annie had surgery on her ears on February 8th. She seems to be feeling a lot better, but still not 100%. We have follow-up appointments every 2 weeks with the specialist to make sure she is going in the right direction. That's on top of her already scheduled well-baby visits.

A lot happens in our household on a daily basis and I am making a vow to keep up with it all a little better than what has been done lately on this blog. This is basically or journal so we really need to step up and use this thing more often. Brent, you're welcome to help with this too dear;) We're hopeful to have our internet situation/upgrade straightened out at home within the next week or so to make posting faster and more enjoyable.

We're so ready for Spring! I'm not a cold weather person. When it's a little warmer and the sun is shining I come alive. Right now, I feel like I'm hibernating like Punxsutawney Phil.

Valentine's was nice. Brent made me pink eggs and let me spend too much on my haircut/highlite. His only request was that I make him lasagna. I'm happy to report that I did make him lasagna, but it wasn't until this week, nearly two weeks later, that I finally got around to fulfilling that request. Fortunately for me, he's very unselfish and accommodating and loves me regardless.

Mardi Gras was nice too.We went to Metairie/New Orleans area for the never ending truck parades on Fat Tuesday. We acquired so much loot, we gave up and tried NOT to catch anything else, but the throws just kept coming to us. I know it's because of the cute kids we all have and the multiple babies that we were holding. We had a good time with the Hutchinson's, Kemp's, & McBride's.
Brent and I are joining a gym together. This will hopefully be a really good thing for us both. We will feel better physically, but also spend some quality time together on a consistent basis while our kids are enjoying themselves very close by.

We'll post our progress as the weeks and months go by. Hopefully, we're well on our way to our goals by the end of May and Speedo season officially begins. I know Brent is most excited about this.
