It's Official. We've listed our house as of today. We love this house, but we're willing to sell it if we get what we're asking. We don't really have a game plan quite yet. The idea is to list it and if it looks like it's going to sell, we'll figure it out then.
I'm sure it will all work out, right?!

Good Luck! I found a cute little neighborhood in 2nd Ward boundaries that kinda got me to thinkin' the same thing.... :) Hope you get what you want for it!
