I'm full of emotions yet I don't have anywhere to really put them all except down on paper, or in this case-the BLOG. ONE year later, I sit here and think about how insanely crazy, yet remarkable, this past year has been. Looking at a calendar it appears that 365 days is a great length of time; however, when reflecting back on the memories created during those days it becomes more evident of how quickly those days really do tick by.
Being a parent is definitely one of the most demanding and selfless roles we have on this earth. However, there truly is no greater role that can bring such happiness. We struggle daily to keep things in harmony-balance-rhythm-whatever and yet we often fail. We continue to try though because we love our children and each other.
Thank you Annie Claire for choosing us to be your parents. This day one year ago, changed our lives for the better. YOU are beautiful, vibrant, charming, and full of life. Happy Birthday big girl!
