Our Annie had a birthday this past weekend. It was simple, but nice.

We celebrated with her caterpillar class on Friday afternoon. That was quite the experience. Ten 2-year old children, need I say more?!




Saturday we welcomed the other Mangum's that now live in Pineville with open arms. We had a spontaneous outing Saturday afternoon to the splash pad/park with Aaron,Jeni, Josh, Stacy and all their kids.

Saturday night my mom babysat (really just got to hang out since the kids were all sleeping) and we went on a triple date with A/J & J/S. It was fantastic! It is rare that we get to go out with other couples without any kids tagging along. Again, our triple date fit with our theme "keep it simple." We started off at Coffee Call with some awesome beignets and hot chocolate, which is always a hit, and ended the night playing Laser Tag in which our team got dominated.




We closed out Annie's birthday weekend with a Sundae Social on Sunday evening. We had a few friends over to brave the heat outdoors as we built our own ice cream sundaes.
