First Haircut and a Mommy-Daughter Date

Annie will turn 3 in August and this past Saturday was her very first haircut.  She was born like her daddy...bald, and, it took a L-O-N-G time for her hair to grow all the way in.  She's beautiful though, hair or no hair. 

Saturday evening Annie and I were able to see Disney on Ice with our Comeaux friends (Amy and Evie).  It was really enjoyable and I valued the special time I had with Annie.  This may have been the first official  real outing she and I have had together.  It made me realize how quickly she was growing up.  We had dinner together, walked a long way to the River Center with no stroller in tow and no whining, and even had some cute conversations throughout the evening.  Annie will more than likely be a middle child so it will be important for us to make special time for just her.  Thank you Amy for asking us to come along.  I know Annie adores Evie and it was fun watching the two of them together.
